Transformational Breath® is a self-empowering and deeply healing process that creates great transformation in one’s life. This dynamically powerful technique utilizes a high vibrational energy force created by a specific breathing pattern. Transformational Breath allows us to breathe better, to have more energy, to feel more peaceful and loving, and ultimately to attain higher levels of consciousness.

Online Sessions

I am currently offering a modified version of Transformational Breath® with Online Sessions. An online breathing session will be a powerful experience and it will enrich your life in many ways.

The session will be on Zoom or Skype. The session lasts around 70-90 minutes. Also you will have a follow-up 10 minute online session within two days of each session.
A minimum of three sessions is required for those who’ve not experienced Transformational Breath ® before.

One-to-one Sessions

All Transformational Breath introductory private sessions are 1.5-2 hours in length. One to one sessions are perfect for those with no experience of Transformational Breath wanting a private bespoke experience.

Group Session

Group session for those who would like to accelerate their personal healing and growth through the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing- Transformational Breath with your friends, co-workers, parents or relatives. You can arrange your own group up to 3 people and make an appointment! Each Group Session begins with an educational component of the breath work and then moves into a full breathing session.

Experiencing Transformational Breath

Your first session will include a few questions regarding your medical history and personal circumstances, an explanation of the technique and clarifying the your needs and intentions.

  • I will give clear gentle instructions and guide your breath into a connected rhythm.
  • Pressure or body mapping will be applied to certain areas of the body to release tension.
  • Toning and movement might also be used to relax the breath.
  • You will continue to use the Transformational Breath® pattern for around 45 minutes to an hour.
  • There is then time for deep relaxation where you lie for 10 – 15 minutes to allow the process to integrate and complete while continuing to breathe in a connected manner.
  • At the end to discuss we will discuss your experience and how you can incorporate a self practice into your daily life.

Sessions last on average 90mins but can be adapted to fit schedules.
